MEET THE CHEF
Originally from Ohio, Chef Anthony’s love for the kitchen began at an early age. At 13, he began washing dishes at a local restaurant in his community. He was immediately enamored with the culinary team and the beauty of the food that they created. He was determined and confident that he too could reach an expert level in the culinary craft. Working for several Cleveland-based restaurants, he continually committed himself to developing the fundamentals and learning everything he could about cooking.
His professional endeavors are nothing short of impressive – Chef Anthony has a vast portfolio, holding numerous Executive Chef titles at restaurants across the country. He has mastered traditional Italian and French cooking, “farm-to-table” dining, local sustainable practices, and a passion for 5 course wine dinners. Chef Anthony continues to challenge himself on a culinary level and is now bringing his culinary creativity to Cōste Island Cuisine, which will feature New American cuisine with costal influences.
